Manufacturing Facility

We have a well-maintained production facility in Delhi spread over a covered area of 21,000 Sq. feet where following machines are installed for manufacturing various products: Dispersion Kneader-75 Litre 4 Nos., Mixing Mills 14x36 5 Nos., Transfer Moulding Presses 5 stations of 20"x20", Screw Extruder 4" 6 Nos., Calendering Line 2 Nos., Lamination Machine 2 Nos., Roll Forming Machines 4 Nos., Die Cutting Machines 2 Nos, Paper Cutting Machines 2 Nos, Roll Slicing Machines 4 Nos. and many other machines.

Research & Development Lab

We have fully equipped RND & QC LAB with most advanced instruments for ensuring quality of all incoming raw materials, WIP and Finished products. We have In-house facility to carry out various tests like Mooney Viscosity Test, Rheology Test, Tensile & Elongation Test, Peel Strength Test, Cone Penetration Test, Hardness Test, Specific Gravity Test, Temperature Stability Test, Ash Content Test, Flash Point Test etc. through following measuring & testing equipment’s available in our RND & QC LAB.
